Hello,
I have written a CFX tag that will return the DB Type. If you are
interested, you can email me and I will send it to you.
Here is the tag syntax:
<CFX_GetDBType DataSource="" [UserName=""] [Password=""]
[ReturnIn="Defaults to DBType"]>
The only mandatory Attribute is DataSource.
DataSource = ODBC DSN
UserName = ODBC UserName
Password = ODBC Password
ReturnIn = What variable you want the Database Type to be returned in.
Defaults to DBType.
