Hey Gabe... The simple solution (you'll love this) is to disable the
statement pool on your datasource... This eliminates the issue completely
and doesn't noticeably affect performance.

CF Admin > Data Sources > [yourdsn] > Advanced Settings > Max Pooled
Statements = 0
