As Kam pointed out, you don't need the RDS password to view WSDL, only to
view the human-readable generated documentation. If you want others to be
able to read that, just run it yourself and save the output as an HTML file
somewhere. But honestly, that information isn't generally going to be all
that useful to others who're writing SOAP clients, since any decent SOAP
toolbox will generate the appropriate method signatures from the WSDL.
