I've just read that Gartner is now branching out of the ICT industry and is making recommendations on baked goods. Thay say in their latest report that cupcakes are a niche market and all businesses should transition to the two defacto industry standard cakes, which are three-tier layered chocolate cakes and multi-level wedding cakes.
