it shouldn't do. If you set it up to use the internal webserver then the CFIDE folder will be located in cfusionmx7/wwwroot and then once you connect it to IIS/Apache you'll need to replace the CFIDE mapping to the CFMX7 CFIDE folder cos you'll end up trying to admin a CFMX7 server with the CFMX6.1 administrator!
