We currently do a mix, we have one Visual Basic guy, two ColdFusion, and a half/half guy.
Until recently, the main purpose of this department was to create reports and analyze data primarily with Crystal Reports and a product called QUIZ. In just the last couple of years, we have started to take on full blown application development, particularly web development.
