Tsk tsk. Now doesn't MACR officially say folks should NOT use the
ServiceFactory. ;)

I just checked - and in CFMX7, the Admin API, which is supported by
MACR, does have a method to get the list of IP addresses for
debugging. You can also add or remove IP addresses from the list.
