kind of like editing an entry i guess. you'd need code to track 
translated entries, etc. or would it be cheaper to just tag the language 
& submit just the one entry?

and parse these out when you submit them? the db would also need 
reworking, adding a column to hold langauge. i can see this getting tedious.
