I answered you off-list but it turns out that our system was generating single-thread licenses for iMS-Lite when it should have provided 5 threads. The system and all licenses were updated on our side. On your side you will need to run the KeyClient.exe program in the iMS-Lite folder and click on the Send button to update the license.
