Hmmm. To spell out the whole process I used to test this, I opened up my FCK 2.0 test harness, then clicked the 'create table' button and accepted the defaults. Now I have a 3x2 table thats 200 px wide. Then I picked a cell and right-clicked. The menu pops up and all choices are live. Chose Insert Row and Insert Column and it worked both times. I was in IE, so I tried it in FF and it worked there too.
