I assume you are looking for a property that is available the
entire period? In that case:
SELECT *
FROM Property
WHERE unitCode NOT IN (
SELECT unitCode
FROM propertyCalendar
WHERE (#arrivalDate#, #departureDate#) NOT OVERLAPS
(arrivalDate, nights)
)
