It's another weapon. I did a presentation a while ago in San Diego along with Angela Buraglia (dreamweaver) about what the difference is between DW and CFE and how they work together for different purposes (http://www.robrohan.com/blog/index.cfm?mode=entry&entry=51312C07-11B6-114F-257A14F2446322C0) for the presentation (sorry it's quite old) >From what we have talked about, Macromedia has no interest in buying / taking over cfeclipse, and will therefore not have any influence on its freedom, and as far as the developers are concerned it'll stay free forever (that was a bit of a promise back in the he3 vs cfe days) -- ~Blog~ http://www.robrohan.com ~The cfml plug-in for eclipse~ http://cfeclipse.tigris.org ~open source xslt IDE~ http://treebeard.sourceforge.net ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:4:213402 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:4 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.4 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
