Yes the tool- DW is a bloatware tool. Like some others on this lists, I had/have used it since version 0.9 but I can honestly say that I could count on one hand the amount of times I have opened it in the last month - there really is no need for it - Eclipse with VSS and CFEclipse plugins serves me better than DW could.
