With Tiny's plugin authoring capabilities, integrating an existing spellchecker is literally like 10 lines of code. We did that for our main application, and it was a breeze. Tiny's also got a built-in plugin for IESpell (which I've never used), and supports the Google Toolbar's spellchecker (which works very well - much like GMail's).
