If you install CFMX6x you need to install the JRun Updater 5 patch. If you install CFMX7 JRun is already patched to updater 5.
The JRun Updater 5 was released after CFMX but before CFMX7. Although, if in doubt, it shouldnt hurt at all to run the updater even if JRun is already updated.
