I am using it for boolean checks and not to actually output "true" or "false" for tag attributes or displaying. At least I think I do not do that, bet I have done it for the NULL attribute on a query param. More I think about it, I think I have seen it recommended a few times on this list, somethings like null="#NOT somefunctions#" What I am wondering on is what is the value of IsAccepted, almost seems like it is some sort of true/false anyway or maybe 1/0. Either way there probably was no need for Not() on it.
