Dave,

For css, xhtml, etc plugins, check my blog post about the Eclipse web
tools project:

http://www.dopefly.com/techblog/entry.cfm?entry=83

(hurry, while the site is still up!)

For actionscripting, there are a number of flash coders moving to
Eclipse, check out FAME, I googled this:

http://www.bit-101.com/blog/archives/000154.html
http://www.jessewarden.com/ (has a breezo 7/28)

For your SQL editing, perhaps a plugin geared directly for that would do
best. Today there was a cfe users thread on DbEdit (archives at the
tigris site).

I think SQL editing and database integration is a goal of the Eclipse
WTP, so maybe look into that.

Everybody's got different plugins installed, it's like ordering a pizza.
10 people = 10 different answers. The only thing extra I've got is
QuickRex for a reg ex editor/tester.
