Hi , I have found that I have to have the 'auto close tags' ticked for the 
insight to work as I expect. 
It seems to work if you type <cfinclude [cursor]> (with CFE putting in the 
'>') for you.
These options (as I expect you know) are under windows > preferences> 
CFEclipse > Auto-insertion and closing.
