I was wondering that. It's a bit unclear, but that sort of makes sense. However, it's too bad it can't be done with a custom index. I know I could put a date in the custom1 or custom2 field, but I'm trying to avoid having a QofQ on the client side, just for performance sake. I was trying to figure out if there is a way to do it with the criteria options in the cfsearch tag, but so far, no luck. At this stage, I will probably build a QofQ to do it unless someone else comes up with something.
