Oddly enough, I'd actually used that before, but for some reason I got
it into my head that it was only for the attributes of xsl: tags...
which, in retrospect is a strange assumption. :)
I was using it for this:
<xsl:element name="{$element}">
where $element is a parameter to a named xsl:template.
