Well, it's something along the lines of indefinately, year after year,
having people annoyingly post "this is a test" messages to a nntp server via
a cfx tag. I was just looking for an nntp that a confidence test could use.
Right now it's using news.fuseware.org/fuseware.test, but that's not exactly
appropriate as they seem to have a cfx_nntp tag for sale. ;-)
