Maybe somebody will find it useful... I just added a Fusebox4/4.1 management tool as a part of my free Docubee project. It's a refreshless DHTML editor for fusebox and circuit xml files. Xml file is shown as an editable tree. Works in IE6 and Firefox. Simple to install, just unpack it in the directory where your FB projects are located. There are tips in HowTo section.
