"modelling" might be overzealous, but the MyEclipse plugin (~$40 / yr) has some pretty nice db tools, and whole lot of other things (JS, CSS, XML, etc.) as well. It'll connect to anything that you can connect to with JDBC, and if you're using CFEclipse, it's a double win, because you can stay in your existing IDE.
