That's odd... I remembered not getting any tagcontext information with
it disabled... maybe that's not true across all versions... but that's
why I was suggesting it as a possible fix for the one situation in
which you'd said one of your clients didn't seem to be getting
tagcontext data and so the hack didn't work.
