Hi John thanks for the advice. You may be right that its more trouble than its worth, but I know it was all a bit 'clunky' calling the .bat files so I figured that since ant takes few direct parameters (apart from any additional properties you want to feed in), because most details are in the XML, a call to kick it off should be fairly straight-forward.....
