Well by default the CF Admin doesn't have a timeout limit -- the field is blank... So if your server is using default values then you can set requesttimeout to whatever you want... I haven't tested it recently, but I distinctly remember not being able to increase the request timeout beyond a manually entered CF Admin timeout value on one server in particular (which iirc was MX ... probably 6.1 but I'm not certain of that).
