I suppose you mean the flash 8 player in firefox? I had some trouble getting the first beta to install, but the newest updated betas have been working very well. Ive heard a few reports of it acting up for some users, but it doesn't seem to have any adverse affects on me.
It really speeds things up too, or at least it seems that way...
