Near as I can tell, the line width is set, which sucks. I haven't played with making custom styles via the stylesheets, however, so that might allow for it, but it a needlessly complex manner. For the dates, you have to have a query with dates in it, rather than a day offset. Just use that column, but make sure you pass the sortxaxis attribute to CFCHART, or you're get all kinds of screwed up stuff.
