The Verisign.jar file goes in any one of the lib dirs. It can go in the JRun lib directory or the lib directory of the cfusion instance you are running. The CFXPayFlowPro.class file goes in the classes directory for your cfusion instance.
With that done I have not had to modify classpaths or anything else.
