They're totally separate. If I recall correctly, Jukka's a very indepth image processing tag that utilizes it's own command language, while the other one is very simple. I might have that backwards, but I'm pretty sure it's right. I preferred Jukka's because the simple stuff wasn't much harder, but you could do some pretty cool stuff with it if you got down and dirty.
