http://testing.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPITest.dll?API=RateV2&XML=#USPSRequest#

Any ideas why when I do a test to the USPS test server I get a "400 Bad
Request"?

I have taken the sample code and cut and pasted it, then sent is via cfhttp as
shown below:

<cfsavecontent variable="USPSRequest"><RateV2Request USERID="xxxxx"
PASSWORD="xxxxx"><Package
ID="0"><Service>PRIORITY</Service><ZipOrigination>10022</ZipOrigination><Zip
Destination>20008</ZipDestination><Pounds>10</Pounds><Ounces>5</Ounces><
Destination>Cont
ainer>Flat Rate
Box</Container><Size>REGULAR</Size></Package></RateV2Request></cfsavecontent
>

<cfhttp url="#USPSRequest#" method="GET"></cfhttp>
