I have some vague recollection of this happening with one of my projects... iirc in my case it was sometimes automatically appended to the cgi.query_string variable (which was then being used to simply forward all the url variables from the current page to another page in a cflocation tag). So even when I specified addtoken="false" in the cflocation tag, I still got that behavior. Try a whole-project search in CF Studio / Dreamweaver / etc. for this regular expression (cfid|cftoken|urltoken|addtoken|cgi\.query_string) Any of those could theoretically contain / cause references to cfid/cftoken. UrlToken specifically is the combination of cfid & cftoken variables in url-encoded form, i.e. "&cfid=xxx&cftoken=yyyy".
