As far as the correct number of pixels are in the image, you can store in it the information you want about so called DPIs, it wont make any differenece, the print company will not even look at it. Why? Because an electronic image has no size in inches, then "dots per inches" is just non sense. And what if your original image was a numeric photo? Where are the "inches"?
