Maybe it can't handle the "temporary" redirect that is issued by the cflocation tag.
There is a Blazer reference guide out there somewhere. You might check it for a better answer. (I still have a Treo 300 and there was a guide for that version of Blazer. I only assume they updated it for the Treo 6x0 models.)
