That's a known GMail issue. If you post from gmail to a list, your post is saved but the copy of the post that comes back is considered a duplicate and removed. I coded the lists here to keep the message-id that you send so if GMail is checking on that, it sees both messages as the same even though the one from CF-Talk has altered content.
