That is an interesting site will,

I usually never include the form tags inside <td> as it includes
additional space that can screw up a tight layout

Eg.

<table>
<form>
<tr>
<td>form content...</td>
</tr>
</form>
</table>

I'm using Firefox and it's displaying a few errors such as the form tags
being outside a <td>. I ran into that one myself and used some css on
the form, display:inline, to make it look the same inside a <td>, yet
validate.

These are just nit picky things but I still like to make things validate
if possible.
