Yes - there's a command line tool that comes with the server that will allow you to see the headers and the SOAP packets. It's called "TCP Monitor". You can run it and view the raw SOAP request/response exchange.

They are a java shop and if I cannot connect from CF (they say it's working fine from some of their java apps) they will phase CF out. At this point I don't know what to look for. I have done searchs and found a number of people having this problem but no really solution. They are running CFMX 6.1 version 6,1,0,63958 and the test server is running on Windows XP Professional with IIS.
