Sounds like it didn't find your cf6 settings. Next time, make a copy of
your cfusion\lib\neo-*.xml files. Then run the update.
Now if it doesn't migrate your settings this time, here is what you can
do.
First, copy the CF6 neo-*.xml files into your CF7
cfusion\lib\cf6settings. Then edit the \cfusion\lib\adminconfig.xml to
rerun the migration. Here are the settings in adminconfig.xml you want
to change.
