sorry, didn't read the entire thing in detail. Is your primary key an incremented index-type numerical value? If so:
select top(50) * from tablename where keyfield > endingValueOfLastQuery endingValueOfLastQuery would need to be set initially to some value which works for your data (0, 15202...)
