I had this before where I had actually upgraded the CFIDE to a different location. When accessing it through the browser IIS was still looking at an older version's CFIDE (The one that I should have updated). Consequently some functionality was broken.
So just check that you're accessing the most up-to-date version of CFIDE. The selected method getAdminHash was not found. I just ran the ms 7.01 updater and the JRun updater 6. Now when I try to get to my cf administrator I get this error. The selected method getAdminHash was not found. Either there are no methods with the specified method name and argument types, or the method getAdminHash is overloaded with arguments types that ColdFusion can't decipher reliably. If this is a Java object and you verified that the method exists, you may need to use the javacast function to reduce ambiguity. The error occurred in Application.cfm: line 128 -1 : Unable to display error's location in a CFML template. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Find out how CFTicket can increase your company's customer support efficiency by 100% http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=49 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:4:219562 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:4 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
