It's not a setting - it's a log. The first two non-local IPs to hit the server will be "the ones" until the service is restarted (and then the first two to hit... and so on). You can't, to my knowledge, specifically set the two IPs (there may be an way by accessing the XML config files directly... but I've never heard of one). IP-based sandbox security may muddy the issue at this point: you may want to disable it until you can get a connection. Start from the ground up until you get things working and then start layering on security - it's a lot simpler to debug.
