I second Filezilla. Support: http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/forum/ Plenty of it, if you need it. The server support forum looks pretty active. I use filezilla server on several of our servers. I like it a lot better than IIS (especially since it supports secure FTP) and I don't want my FTP users to be Windows users.
