sorry, I still dont really understand what you are trying to acheive. What is confusing me is that a visitor to your website is not a "server".
e.g. you log on to your ISP and they give you an IP, then you visit a website which tracks that IP, and then the site admin does a look up on it, and they will get your ISP's domain.
