I would generally recommend that you upgrade your production server to 6.1. I believe that's a free upgrade. It fixes a lot of known problems with 6.0. Honestly, I don't think that 6.0 is production-quality. But if you can't do that, perhaps you can find the installer used to build your production server? It will let you install the Developer Edition as well.
