I know this is a pretty simple thing, but it's worth mentioning that there is also an "Add Current" button in the CF Administrator for adding the IP of the current machine you're on. That saves typoes and having to look up your current IP. Also, this ensures that if you're behind a firewall and everyone appears to the server as 1 IP that you get the right IP added. It also brings up a problem that may be the problem the original poster is having. Depending on how your network is set up, everyone in your office may show up as 1 IP and if you enable debugging for you, everyone else in your office may see it as well. Just as a heads up...
