Actually were NOT there - the guy you heard it from was. I've never said public drunkeness is "so great". I've never been drunk so I wouldn't actually hazard the guess. However one report of public drunkenness at an party with friends definitely does not define an individual. I notice that you ignored my (very good) about not saying anything if you can't say anything nice. I myself will actually follow that advice and end this conversation now.
