I actually have people who have been programming web apps, but now that I'm getting them to switch to CF I'm starting to see they don't quite understand what they're doing. I'm guessing before they were just copying code and skating by. There are big holes in their logic. Anyone have any suggestions for sites to help with that? Thumping my algorithm book or my old discreet math textbook would be way to intimidating.
