Did they mean virtual, as in virtual host/ip/directories? If not, I've 'heard' of Visual Web Developer Web Server so maybe that's what they meant? Unfortunately I can't give any more info than the name. From the title, though, I would 'assume' it was something simply for developmental purposes.
