We were getting the exact same errors on one of our windows staging servers. Whenever debugging was turned on the server would log that error and restart. When debugging was turned off the level of occurrences dropped but would still appear on long running processes eg parsing 8mb xml files.
It seems to have resolved now, at least for the last 3 days. We did the following: 1. updated Jrun4 to Updater 6, being very careful to shut down the services completely. 2. Installed j2sdk1.4.2_09 and pointed the cfusion server jvm to that install directory. You can do that in the Jrun management console under settings or if you are running CF standalone you can find it under Java (I think). All you need to do is stop everything, change the jvm path, then restart. 3. We also increased the max heap from 512 to 1024.
