this looks like a really nice application.
 I have a couple of questions:
- is it a hosted solution only or it can be deployed at the customer site?
- in the last few days there was a lot of talk about the need of a good
trouble ticketing (help desk) solution in cf and lack of open source
applications in cf. Do you see where I'm going? Just a thought...
